📋 What you will do

  • Own new business acquisition within assigned territory
  • Develop and execute targeted account entry strategies for Biotech companies
  • Identify customer pain points and create demand for integrated CDMO solutions
  • Drive the full sales cycle from outreach through deal negotiation and contract execution
  • Lead complex deal structuring, pricing discussions, and negotiations
  • Build executive-level relationships with decision makers
  • Partner cross-functionally with subject matter experts to deliver competitive proposals
  • Maintain a robust pipeline with disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Stay ahead of market dynamics and emerging Biotech trends
  • Represent Thermo Fisher in customer meetings and industry events

What we expect

  • Minimum of 5 years of field sales or business development experience
  • Proven track record in CDMO services including drug substance or drug product
  • Demonstrated success as a hunter with consistent new logo wins
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex buying committees
  • Proven experience with multi-year contracts
