Each channel posts dozens of jobs per day, half are reposts from other channels, some are stale or promotional. In the aggregator we deduplicate, remove junk with AI, tag by category and salary. One stream instead of 30 — and you can filter.
Why are there almost no affiliate jobs on hh.ru?
iGaming, nutra, crypto — grey or outright banned activity in Russia, hh.ru does not pass such jobs through moderation. CPA teams post on specialised platforms or straight to Telegram, where there is no moderation. Only white-affiliate roles remain on hh.ru.
Can you apply anonymously via Telegram?
Yes, that is one reason the industry stayed on Telegram. HR talks to the candidate through a bot or DM; you do not need to upload a CV to a platform. You can write from a blank account — the key is to provide cases on request.
Which channels publish salaries openly?
About 30% of TG channel posts contain a range. HR agencies and channels of white iGaming brands more often state salaries. Closed community channels (where employers are sure only insiders read) — open up more salary data.
