📋 What you will do
- Manage the Professional Services pre-sales process
- Deliver presentations of Professional Services solutions and capabilities
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and supporting materials
- Scope engagements and negotiate business terms and contracts with customers
- Own the PS pipeline and pre-sales reporting
- Work with Sales, PS Technical Leads, Legal, Finance, PLM, and Resource Planning
- Hand off awarded projects to PS PMs and delivery resource planning
- Monitor response times and the quality of deliverables
- Promote PS offerings to customers, partners, and sales teams
