📝 Description

📋 What you will do

  • Manage the Professional Services pre-sales process
  • Deliver presentations of Professional Services solutions and capabilities
  • Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and supporting materials
  • Scope engagements and negotiate business terms and contracts with customers
  • Own the PS pipeline and pre-sales reporting
  • Work with Sales, PS Technical Leads, Legal, Finance, PLM, and Resource Planning
  • Hand off awarded projects to PS PMs and delivery resource planning
  • Monitor response times and the quality of deliverables
  • Promote PS offerings to customers, partners, and sales teams
