Regional Growth Director

📋 What you will do

• Lead and develop House Calls and Hospice Growth Teams (community liaisons)
• Recruit, hire, and onboard growth professionals in regional markets
• Develop comprehensive training programs on services and growth methodologies
• Implement performance management systems and goal setting
• Build strategic relationships with regional health systems and medical groups
• Develop partnerships with Medicare Advantage and insurance providers
• Cultivate relationships with senior living and assisted living facilities
• Represent Ennoble Care at healthcare conferences and industry events
• Oversee growth reporting and analytics functions
• Analyze market trends, referral patterns, and competitive intelligence
