- Develop business relationships with hyperscale companies and their partners
- Identify organizational structures and key decision-makers for fiber cable
- Build brand awareness of Prysmian among key stakeholders
- Track and manage the funnel of short and long-term fiber cable projects
- Educate customers on Prysmian products, specifications, and value proposition
- Gather competitive intelligence on strengths, weaknesses, and market threats
- Develop relationships with OSP vendors for ducting, splicing, and installation
- Transition into a regional sales director role within several years
