Business Development Support (Contractor/Consultant Pool)

📋 What you will do

• Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective funders, partners, and sponsors
• Review conference attendance lists and inbound lead submissions for alignment
• Lead generation and prospect identification through desk research and network activation
• Provide partnership outreach, relationship support, and strategic introductions
• Funder research, landscape mapping, and pipeline management
• Develop concept notes, one-pagers, and compelling funding proposals
• Draft budget narratives and provide full proposal submission support
• Administer and optimize CRM systems, including data management and hygiene
• Implement workflow automation and data migration
• Create dashboards, reporting, and pipeline analytics
