📋 What you will do

  • Drive integrated regional strategy and sales growth across Eastern Europe
  • Ensure compliant execution of deals and sales programs
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple countries
  • Engage with government, military, and industry stakeholders at national and regional levels
  • Build pipeline, drive order intake, and expand long-term market presence
  • Align Country Business Development Leads across the district
  • Own and deliver the sales quota for the assigned district
