📋 What you will do
- Drive integrated regional strategy and sales growth across Eastern Europe
- Ensure compliant execution of deals and sales programs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple countries
- Engage with government, military, and industry stakeholders at national and regional levels
- Build pipeline, drive order intake, and expand long-term market presence
- Align Country Business Development Leads across the district
- Own and deliver the sales quota for the assigned district
