📋 What you will do
- Identify, evaluate, and launch new strategic distribution opportunities with GTM partners
- Onboard qualified organizations into Figma’s formal partner program
- Manage relationships with service and commercial partners across AMER, including public sector and Federal clients
- Drive partner-influenced revenue and align on success plans, metrics, and documented wins
- Work with Figma’s GTM teams to source, scope, and progress partner-influenced opportunities
- Build co-marketing and co-selling motions to expand reach and unlock new use cases
- Evaluate and mature indirect sales motions within Figma’s existing sales model
- Educate the partner ecosystem on Figma’s products, services, and AI capabilities
- Build cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and other teams
🛠 Stack and skills
Partnerships, business development, channel, or related GTM roles
Experience with external GTM partners: SIs, agencies, consultancies, commercial partners
Experience working across AMER
Experience with public sector and Federal clients
✅ What we expect
- 10+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, channel, or related GTM roles
- 3+ years of experience managing external GTM partners
- Experience building and scaling partner programs from scratch
- Ability to work on strategic initiatives and long-term partner planning
- Strong communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships
