📋 What you will do
- Develop Replit's commercial presence in the United Kingdom and EMEA
- Build partnerships with enterprise and government customers
- Identify, prospect, and close strategic deals with large EMEA companies
- Navigate complex procurement processes in enterprise and public sector accounts
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, executives, and procurement leads
- Activate resellers, system integrators, and channel partners across EMEA
- Develop enablement programs, co-selling motions, and joint go-to-market strategies
- Negotiate partnership agreements, reseller terms, and co-marketing arrangements
- Track partner performance and improve channel revenue
- Build partnerships with universities, coding bootcamps, and educational institutions
- Work with the Department for Education and government digital skills initiatives
- Drive adoption among builders through community engagement, developer relations, and PLG initiatives
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Community teams on EMEA use cases
- Represent Replit at technology conferences, trade shows, and industry events
