📋 What you will do

  • Develop Replit's commercial presence in the United Kingdom and EMEA
  • Build partnerships with enterprise and government customers
  • Identify, prospect, and close strategic deals with large EMEA companies
  • Navigate complex procurement processes in enterprise and public sector accounts
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, executives, and procurement leads
  • Activate resellers, system integrators, and channel partners across EMEA
  • Develop enablement programs, co-selling motions, and joint go-to-market strategies
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, reseller terms, and co-marketing arrangements
  • Track partner performance and improve channel revenue
  • Build partnerships with universities, coding bootcamps, and educational institutions
  • Work with the Department for Education and government digital skills initiatives
  • Drive adoption among builders through community engagement, developer relations, and PLG initiatives
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Community teams on EMEA use cases
  • Represent Replit at technology conferences, trade shows, and industry events
