📋 What you will do
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new prospects for the official distribution partner program
- Manage existing service and commercial partners to drive Figma revenue across APAC
- Partner with GTM teams to source, scope, and advance partner-influenced sales opportunities
- Manage relationships with official and unofficial distributors and identify co-marketing and co-selling opportunities
- Build long-term partner success plans, document wins, and track KPIs
- Evaluate and streamline relationships with resellers within Figma's existing sales model
- Educate the partner ecosystem on Figma products, services, and capabilities with the enablement team

✅ What we expect
- 7+ years of total experience in equivalent or relevant fields
- 3+ years of experience in a GTM organization working with external service or commercial partners
- Experience building partner tactics, programs, or strategies from scratch
- Experience managing multiple strategic partners at once to drive new business
- Experience at a service organization or channel partner in a direct GTM role is a plus
