📋 What you will do

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new prospects for the official distribution partner program
  • Manage existing service and commercial partners to drive Figma revenue across APAC
  • Partner with GTM teams to source, scope, and advance partner-influenced sales opportunities
  • Manage relationships with official and unofficial distributors and identify co-marketing and co-selling opportunities
  • Build long-term partner success plans, document wins, and track KPIs
  • Evaluate and streamline relationships with resellers within Figma's existing sales model
  • Educate the partner ecosystem on Figma products, services, and capabilities with the enablement team

What we expect

  • 7+ years of total experience in equivalent or relevant fields
  • 3+ years of experience in a GTM organization working with external service or commercial partners
  • Experience building partner tactics, programs, or strategies from scratch
  • Experience managing multiple strategic partners at once to drive new business
  • Experience at a service organization or channel partner in a direct GTM role is a plus
