📋 What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic reseller partners
- Own the commercial relationship with key partners and drive retention and growth
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with partner executives
- Resolve complex business, technical, and operational issues with partners
- Lead internal and external issue escalation while advocating for both the partner and Squarespace
- Negotiate contracts and optimize commercial terms
- Serve as the single source of truth on partner details for internal teams
- Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance on partner needs
- Prepare financial forecasts, operating revenue models, and KPIs
- Identify opportunities for reseller expansion and new commercial initiatives
