📋 What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic reseller partners
  • Own the commercial relationship with key partners and drive retention and growth
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with partner executives
  • Resolve complex business, technical, and operational issues with partners
  • Lead internal and external issue escalation while advocating for both the partner and Squarespace
  • Negotiate contracts and optimize commercial terms
  • Serve as the single source of truth on partner details for internal teams
  • Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance on partner needs
  • Prepare financial forecasts, operating revenue models, and KPIs
  • Identify opportunities for reseller expansion and new commercial initiatives

  • Senior-level experience in strategic partnership management
  • Strong commercial background and ability to manage a portfolio worth tens of millions of dollars
  • Ability to work confidently with external C-level stakeholders

  • Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Empathy for partners and ability to protect company interests
  • Willingness to work from New York headquarters or remotely in an approved US state
