📋 What you will do

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners into the official distribution partner program
  • Manage existing service partners to drive revenue and support customers in Japan
  • Work with GTM teams to source and advance partner-influenced sales opportunities
  • Build relationships with official and unofficial partners and identify co-marketing and co-selling opportunities
  • Create long-term mutual success plans, document wins, and track KPIs
  • Evaluate opportunities to mature and streamline reseller relationships within Figma’s sales model
  • Educate the partner ecosystem on Figma’s products, services, and capabilities
  • Develop internal relationships with sales, marketing, customer experience, and product teams

What we expect

  • 7+ years of total experience in equivalent or relevant fields
  • 3+ years of experience in a GTM organization with external service or commercial partners
  • Experience building partner tactics, programs, or strategies from scratch
  • Experience managing multiple strategic partners at once
  • Native-level Japanese and full English fluency
