📋 What you will do
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners into the official distribution partner program
- Manage existing service partners to drive revenue and support customers in Japan
- Work with GTM teams to source and advance partner-influenced sales opportunities
- Build relationships with official and unofficial partners and identify co-marketing and co-selling opportunities
- Create long-term mutual success plans, document wins, and track KPIs
- Evaluate opportunities to mature and streamline reseller relationships within Figma’s sales model
- Educate the partner ecosystem on Figma’s products, services, and capabilities
- Develop internal relationships with sales, marketing, customer experience, and product teams

✅ What we expect
- 7+ years of total experience in equivalent or relevant fields
- 3+ years of experience in a GTM organization with external service or commercial partners
- Experience building partner tactics, programs, or strategies from scratch
- Experience managing multiple strategic partners at once
- Native-level Japanese and full English fluency
