📋 What you will do

  • Build Replit's commercial presence in Japan
  • Manage partnerships with enterprise and government customers
  • Recruit, activate, and grow resellers, system integrators, and channel partners
  • Build partnerships with universities, coding bootcamps, and educational institutions
  • Drive product-led growth initiatives and work with the Japanese developer community
  • Represent Replit at major industry events and conferences in Japan

What we expect

  • Deep roots in Japan's business landscape
  • Experience navigating enterprise and public-sector sales cycles in Japan
  • Ability to build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder procurement processes
  • Strong background in enterprise business development, channel sales, and market strategy
