📋 What you will do
- Own joint business plan execution for a portfolio of 15 partners
- Accelerate partner-sourced pipeline and joint go-to-market motions
- Drive product certifications and build partners' technical capabilities
- Ensure partners fulfill contractual and strategic obligations
- Remove operational blockers through collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
- Collect market signals and refresh portfolio scoring based on field feedback
- Identify new partners for strategic investment and hyper-scale growth

- 10+ years of experience building and scaling strategic partnerships
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of strategic partners and driving business growth
- Deep understanding of partner lifecycle management, corporate governance, and joint business planning
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
