📋 What you will do

  • Maximize customer retention rates using sales techniques via phone, video, and email
  • Oversee the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained or expanded
  • Assess license usage and complete necessary true-up requirements
  • Develop accurate renewal quotes based on customer business needs and goals
  • Provide administrative support for renewals to Renewal Managers and Account Executives
  • Ensure all renewals are closed within a timely manner to support revenue goals
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewal strategies
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure accurate completion of POs and order forms

What we expect

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer success, sales, or a renewals-focused role
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • PC: Core i5 (8th gen+) / Ryzen 5, 8 GB RAM, webcam, and noise-canceling headset
  • Internet: 15 Mbps primary and 10 Mbps backup connection
  • Backup power and connection capable of supporting work during outages
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space
