📋 What you will do
- Maximize customer retention rates using sales techniques via phone, video, and email
- Oversee the renewal process to ensure ARR is retained or expanded
- Assess license usage and complete necessary true-up requirements
- Develop accurate renewal quotes based on customer business needs and goals
- Provide administrative support for renewals to Renewal Managers and Account Executives
- Ensure all renewals are closed within a timely manner to support revenue goals
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewal strategies
- Coordinate with customers to ensure accurate completion of POs and order forms

✅ What we expect
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in customer success, sales, or a renewals-focused role
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- PC: Core i5 (8th gen+) / Ryzen 5, 8 GB RAM, webcam, and noise-canceling headset
- Internet: 15 Mbps primary and 10 Mbps backup connection
- Backup power and connection capable of supporting work during outages
- A quiet, dedicated home office space
