📋 What you will do

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to founders and senior leaders
  • Lead client conversations on intentional scaling and sustainable growth
  • Research industries, markets, and company trajectories to identify growth opportunities
  • Advise clients on organizational structure, role prioritization, and team build-outs
  • Develop actionable 30-60-90 day growth plans with measurable milestones
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of growth initiatives
  • Identify automation opportunities and introduce systems for long-term sustainability
  • Strengthen client relationships and identify partnership expansion opportunities
  • Leverage professional networks to create new business opportunities
