- Serve as a strategic thought partner to founders and senior leaders
- Lead client conversations on intentional scaling and sustainable growth
- Research industries, markets, and company trajectories to identify growth opportunities
- Advise clients on organizational structure, role prioritization, and team build-outs
- Develop actionable 30-60-90 day growth plans with measurable milestones
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of growth initiatives
- Identify automation opportunities and introduce systems for long-term sustainability
- Strengthen client relationships and identify partnership expansion opportunities
- Leverage professional networks to create new business opportunities
