📋 What you will do

  • Deliver against annual sales targets
  • Drive growth through CRO channels and large biopharma accounts
  • Lead complex commercial discussions through to contract signature
  • Develop and execute clear account plans for key customers
  • Build strategic relationships with senior commercial and clinical contacts
  • Maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline and manage risks
  • Identify and prioritize new CRO and large account targets
  • Shape the commercial approach, value message, and pricing strategy
