- Deliver against annual sales targets

- Develop and execute clear account plans for key customers
- Build strategic relationships with senior commercial and clinical contacts
- Maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline and manage risks
- Identify and prioritize new CRO and large account targets
- Shape the commercial approach, value message, and pricing strategy
