📋 What you will do
- Own and scale the Databricks-Accenture alliance across EMEA, driving consumption growth
- Serve as the global executive lead for the Databricks-Avanade relationship, executing multi-year growth plans
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, new logo acquisition, and enterprise account expansion
- Lead tri-party collaboration between Databricks, Accenture/Avanade, and Microsoft to maximize Azure investments
- Incubate and scale joint industry solutions, accelerators, and managed services built on the Databricks Platform
- Establish operational excellence across joint business planning, QBRs, pipeline governance, and executive alignment
- Influence C-suite stakeholders and act as a thought leader at major ecosystem and Data + AI forums

✅ What we expect
- Significant experience leading complex GSI or strategic alliances in enterprise software, cloud, data, or AI
- Demonstrated success scaling partnerships with Accenture, Avanade, or comparable global system integrators
- Strong understanding of Azure and hyperscaler ecosystems in an AI-first world
- Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue impact through co-sell and joint GTM execution
- Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams in matrixed environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
