📋 What you will do

  • Develop and execute the ISV GTM strategy and programs in the AMER region
  • Launch sales plays and partner power plays with Cloud, SIs, and other ISVs
  • Collaborate with Sales Dev, Demand Gen, and Marketing to launch campaigns and create pipeline
  • Establish operational rigor for cadence, reporting, KPIs, and QBRs
  • Conduct market research and provide data-driven insights on partner and customer trends
  • Drive ISV-related sales motions, including training, messaging, and co-selling
  • Resolve channel conflicts and support deal creation through to close
  • Facilitate regional QBRs and lead sales workshops between partners and Databricks

What we expect

  • Proven experience in driving scale and multiplier effects through ISV partnerships
  • Ability to engage and work with C-suite, Alliance, and Sales teams
