📋 What you will do
- Develop and execute the ISV GTM strategy and programs in the AMER region
- Launch sales plays and partner power plays with Cloud, SIs, and other ISVs
- Collaborate with Sales Dev, Demand Gen, and Marketing to launch campaigns and create pipeline
- Establish operational rigor for cadence, reporting, KPIs, and QBRs
- Conduct market research and provide data-driven insights on partner and customer trends
- Drive ISV-related sales motions, including training, messaging, and co-selling
- Resolve channel conflicts and support deal creation through to close
- Facilitate regional QBRs and lead sales workshops between partners and Databricks
