📋 What you will do

  • Design, launch, and improve training programs for internal teams, customers, and external partners
  • Develop customer onboarding programs and instructional videos to accelerate product adoption
  • Facilitate virtual training sessions and webinars for customers and internal teams
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to assess training needs
  • Keep learning materials up to date with product updates and workflow changes
  • Pilot new learning formats to expand reach and improve engagement
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, participation data, completion rates, and performance metrics

What we expect

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, customer success, or training in a SaaS business
  • 2+ years of experience creating and delivering training, onboarding, or certification programs
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Ability to present confidently to live and virtual audiences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work across teams and motivate diverse audiences
  • Experience measuring training effectiveness using data and feedback
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
