📋 What you will do

  • Analyze and manage reference data for O2C processes
  • Maintain data accuracy and operational efficiency
  • Own Customer Material Info Record (CMIR) and related systems
  • Manage Hybris B2B Customer Portal, Sample Order Team room, and Notice Distribution System (NDS)
  • Develop reports and dashboards for business insights and decision-making
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Handle communication regarding critical incidents and business impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs
  • Identify issues, analyze root causes, and escalate them according to defined criteria
