Technical Writer

📋 What you will do

• Own the documentation experience for Nabu Casa Hardware and Cloud end to end
• Plan and deliver documentation for new features, integrations, and releases
• Work with engineers to verify and refine technical content
• Continuously audit and improve existing documentation
• Define and maintain documentation standards, style guides, and templates
• Handle feedback from the community, support, and internal teams
• Write API guides, integration docs, and contributor documentation for developers
• Track documentation quality signals and report on them regularly

• Ability to read and understand code well enough to produce accurate technical documentation
• Basic understanding of smart home hardware and electronics
