📋 What you will do

  • Analyze, coordinate, and manage reference data for O2C processes
  • Maintain data accuracy and operational efficiency across O2C functions
  • Maintain Customer Material Info Record (CMIR) data and related systems
  • Manage Hybris B2B Customer Portal, Sample Order Team room, and Notice Distribution System (NDS)
  • Develop reports and dashboards in Power BI, Excel, and Power Query
  • Lead and support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
  • Communicate critical incidents and business impacts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business and customer needs
  • Identify issues, analyze root causes, and escalate based on defined criteria
