📌 What you will be doing
— build and develop a referral program as a sustainable customer acquisition channel;
— independently attract new referrers;
— establish partnerships with technology platforms and industry organizations;
— conduct negotiations, persuade, and close deals;
— create training and materials for program participants (presentations, guides, scripts);
— implement automation processes and motivation systems (bonuses, promotions, special activities).
📌 What we expect
— 1–2+ years of experience in partner/referral/agency programs;
— understanding of digital marketing processes and specifics, knowledge of advertising tools;

— a plus: experience working with freelance targeting specialists and agencies.
