📋 What you will do
- Acquire new clients and prepare commercial proposals
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients and develop cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct meetings and presentations on behalf of the agency, participate in tenders, and defend strategies
- Analyze the market and competitive landscape, assess prospects and partners, negotiate terms, and close contracts
- Manage client interactions throughout the deal cycle and maintain records in Bitrix CRM
- Participate in industry events and speak as a presenter
- Track marketing trends and emerging technologies
- Prepare tender documentation and competitive proposals

- 3+ years of experience in sales
- Experience in digital, traffic, or mobile apps
- Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills
- Ability to express ideas clearly and professionally in speech and writing

- Positive mindset and ability to work with a team toward commercial goals
