📋 What you will do

  • Acquire new clients and prepare commercial proposals
  • Build long-term relationships with existing clients and develop cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct meetings and presentations on behalf of the agency, participate in tenders, and defend strategies
  • Analyze the market and competitive landscape, assess prospects and partners, negotiate terms, and close contracts
  • Manage client interactions throughout the deal cycle and maintain records in Bitrix CRM
  • Participate in industry events and speak as a presenter
  • Track marketing trends and emerging technologies
  • Prepare tender documentation and competitive proposals

Bitrix CRM English B2+

What we expect

  • 3+ years of experience in sales
  • Experience in digital, traffic, or mobile apps
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills
  • Ability to express ideas clearly and professionally in speech and writing
  • Experience in new business acquisition and maintaining client relationships
  • Understanding of business consulting and readiness to work in a startup environment
  • Positive mindset and ability to work with a team toward commercial goals
