📋 What you will do

  • Identify and acquire new companies with turnover over 1B RUB
  • Initiate first contact via calls, messages, and creative approaches
  • Arrange pre-sale meetings and initial calls
  • Test outreach hypotheses for enterprise segments
  • Work closely with the manager and the sales team

B2B Sales BizDev SDR Cold Outreach Decision-maker Engagement (LPR)

What we expect

  • Proven experience in B2B Sales, BizDev, or SDR
  • Ability to reach and engage key decision-makers
  • Experience in cold lead generation and outreach

🎁 What we offer

  • Salary: 80,000 ₽ – 150,000 ₽
  • Base 50,000 ₽ + bonuses for qualified leads + % of sales
  • Work schedule: 5/2, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Moscow time)
  • Remote or office-based work (candidate's choice)
