📋 What you will do
- Define client engagement strategies to increase their share in the portfolio
- Develop the client portfolio by acquiring new clients
- Organize and conduct negotiations with C-level executives
- Sign partnership agreements
- Formulate product assortment and strategy for tender procurement
✅ What we expect
- Proven track record in full-cycle acquisition and development of large enterprise clients
- Experience handling high-value deals in tens and hundreds of millions of rubles
- Experience in reactivating dormant clients
- Understanding of active sales tools and project-based sales
- Excellent negotiation skills and mastery of sales techniques
- Experience working with decision-makers like CMOs and HR Directors is a plus
