📋 What you will do
- Own the full marketing engine from brand to lead generation
- Develop and execute a full-funnel growth strategy
- Own KPI delivery for pipeline, MQLs, SQLs, and revenue
- Optimize CAC, conversion rates, and channel ROI
- Develop and implement the SEO strategy
- Build scalable content systems
- Manage paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Launch and scale experiments across creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Build outbound systems and cold email outreach
- Own LinkedIn outreach and email deliverability
- Manage CrewBloom’s social presence and the founder’s personal brand
- Lead a small team and external contractors
- Set up dashboards, attribution, and reporting
- Analyze performance across channels and make data-driven decisions

✅ What we expect
- 6+ years of marketing experience
- Background in B2B or services, with staffing and healthcare experience as a strong plus
- Proven track record of impacting pipeline and revenue
- Strong multi-channel growth experience
- Ability to write copy, launch campaigns, and build systems independently
- Experience building marketing in a startup or lean environment
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn growth and founder-led marketing
- Data-driven, experimental, and highly accountable
