Recruitment Manager

📋 What you will do

• Post vacancies and source candidates via hh.ru and CRM
• Conduct initial interviews and assess sales candidates' competencies
• Organize onboarding and support internship programs for new hires
• Participate in career tracks and career planning events
• Take part in internal HR projects, prepare reports, and propose initiatives

• Higher education in HR, psychology, pedagogy, or sociology
• Ability to switch quickly between tasks without losing quality
• Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively

🎁 What we offer

• Salary: from 50,000 ₽ to 60,000 ₽
• Official employment under the Russian Labor Code
• Fully white salary paid twice a month
• Schedule: 5/2, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
