Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders), fixed-term 12 months

📋 What you will do

• Source and approach candidates through active sourcing
• Screen incoming applications and align with hiring teams
• Run the full interview process from scheduling to offer
• Measure and report recruiting effectiveness using KPIs
• Track recruiting and active sourcing trends and improve hiring processes

• Initial experience in tech recruiting and active sourcing
• Completed degree or equivalent education
• High level of initiative and ability to work independently
• Hands-on mindset and comfort in a dynamic environment
• Open, respectful communication, empathy, and team spirit
• Fluent written and spoken German and English
