📋 What you will do

• Configure triggered and manual communications in the service
• Set tasks for the production team: developer, copywriter, and designer
• Provide first-line customer support in the working group
• Write and hand off bug reports to the product team
• Test the accuracy of collected data
• Prepare instructions for connecting a mail domain
• Prepare documents and support document workflow
• Collect and export interim and final reports using templates
• Conduct research tasks and analyze competitor mechanics
• Design and prioritize hypotheses for pilot projects
