📌 What you will do
— Your main tasks will be: Setting up trigger-based and manual communications in the service. Preparing technical specifications for the production team (developer, copywriter, designer). Providing first-line technical support to the client in the working group (basic questions about service setup). Writing and forwarding bug reports to the product team. Testing the correctness of collected data. Preparing instructions for connecting an email domain. Preparing acts and communications related to document flow. Collecting and exporting interim and final reports using ready-made templates (based on the project manager’s technical specifications). Research tasks (for example, reviewing competitors’ mechanics, finding cases, exploring integration opportunities). Designing and prioritizing hypotheses in pilot projects. What we expect from you: A marketing foundation: You know what conversion is and how to calculate it. You can read reports from basic analytics systems (Yandex.Metrica and GA). You can design hypotheses based on reporting: estimate reach and possible conversion. You can correctly draw conclusions based on the results obtained. You are comfortable with Google Sheets: you can design and compile a report, google the necessary formula and use it if needed to solve a task. Selection stages: Submit an application.
