📋 What you will do

• Post job openings on job search platforms
• Analyze and segment the target audience of contractors by key attributes
• Set up and manage targeted ad campaigns on social media
• Launch performance ads
• Test creatives for different audience segments
• Plan and allocate budget across channels, monitor CPC and CPA

✅ What we expect

• Successful experience setting up recruiting campaigns, preferably in digital or crowdsourcing
• Fluent with VK, Telegram Ads, Yandex Direct, and myTarget ad accounts
• Ability to interpret A/B test results
• Understanding of contractor acquisition specifics in crowd projects
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to hit KPI
• Ready to adapt quickly to changing tasks and platform algorithms
