📋 What you will do
- Build stakeholder relationships and implement HR strategies aligned with the EH Way and AI-first methodology
- Advise on HR and legal compliance, as well as industrial relations and employee relations matters
- Resolve reactive compliance and legislative queries, including terminations, investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Manage a portfolio of 4–15 clients, develop strategic plans, and improve employee engagement
- Manage the commercial relationship and handle client pushback
