📌 What you will be doing — Managing the full recruitment cycle for the development team as well as back office (from sourcing to preparing a new employee for joining); — Interacting with hiring managers and teams; — Maintaining the candidate database in the ATS “Potok”; — Preparing reports on the hiring funnel; — Being responsible for onboarding newcomers to the company (running welcome day, 1 to 1); — Working with all company employees in the following areas: conducting 1-1s, risk management and retention, participation in developing and creating individual development plans, etc.). 📌 What we expect — 1+ year of experience as an HR Manager, recruiter; — Higher education in human resources management, psychology; — Ability to analyze recruitment funnels and promptly make adjustments to vacancy work; — Ready to quickly immerse yourself in new search profiles and independently select the right tools for work; — Knowledge of the basics of HR administration (hiring, termination, vacation, etc.). 📌 We offer — Official employment from day one under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation; — Based in Saint Petersburg, remote work is not considered; — Work schedule 5/2, flexible start of the workday from 9:00 to 11:00; — Voluntary medical insurance after the probation period.
