📌 What you will do
— Video content and vlog: help run a vlog where the CEO interviews top executives from the marketing industry: write scripts, coordinate shoots, choose locations, and manage guests. Oversee editing and publish content on YouTube, RuTube, VKontakte, and other platforms. Coordinate the editing and creation of Reels and publish them;
— Publications and digital media: prepare and publish materials in industry media and blogs. Submit the company and its products to rankings, competitions, and industry top lists. Promote company speakers for external events;
— Events and webinars: organize the company’s own events 1–3 times a year: from planning to design and handout materials. Organize and host webinars with speakers. Collect feedback and analyze effectiveness;
— Competitive analysis: monitor competitors: websites, social media, advertising, products, prices. Collect reviews, assess marketing strategies, work with SEMrush and similar tools. Conduct SWOT analysis together with the CMO;
— Product packaging and content: present products in presentations and marketing materials. Fill the website with content: prepare technical specifications for SEO, the designer, and the developer. Prepare and send communications to clients and partners. Maintain a database of materials: photos, templates, brand book, reports.

— Clear and precise communication with different people: designers, copywriters, developers, partners;
— Confident proficiency in Google Docs / Sheets / Slides.
