📝 Description

📌 What you will do — Develop and implement the project’s marketing strategy, including acquisition, retention, and churn management; — Ensure lead generation across all promotion channels, including SEO, paid, outreach, and contractor management; select and test ideas, channels, and sources, define KPIs, and choose contractors; — Create marketing packaging for products and services, including websites, landing pages, presentations, and supporting materials for clients and the Sales team; — Develop and oversee copy and communications across the entire customer journey, including ads, landing pages, outreach, autoresponders, and recommendations for Sales; — Build processes with contractors for traffic acquisition and visual/text content, and search for and select external contractors when needed; — Develop the project’s brand and reputation in the market through external publications, reviews, rankings, listings, and conference participation; — Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, test hypotheses, and prepare regular reports and presentations on results; propose marketing initiatives and hypotheses based on analytics and reports; — Manage the marketing budget, process automation, and collaboration with internal teams and external contractors. 📌 What we expect — Proven experience promoting an agency or service in international markets for more than 2 years; you can quickly propose and test hypotheses; — Hands-on experience with UA tools: advertising (Google Ads), social media and Social Selling (LinkedIn), review management (Clutch/G2, etc.), outreach mechanics (email/LinkedIn); — Experience with web analytics (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, GTM); — Experience independently working with website builders (Tilda, Framer); — Experience working with content (copy, content plan, multiple content formats, understanding of SEO/GEO); — Experience working with visual formats through communication with designers (preparing landing pages, ad creatives, presentations, covers, etc.) + basic knowledge of Figma; — English level of at least Upper-Intermediate. 📌 We offer — The opportunity to work in a convenient format: fully remotely, hybrid, or in the office (Samara); — VHI after 3 months of work; — Conditions for improving your English: 30% compensation for language classes at partner schools (SkyEng or Skillbox), and an English speaking club led by an experienced teacher; — Compensation for external courses and training/professional development programs on individual terms starting from 70%.
