📌 What you'll be doing
— Finding leads: cold and warm outreach via Telegram, Email, LinkedIn;
— Willingness to work in the Presale stage for up to 50% of the time, at least during stage 1;
— Delivering presentations and product demos for the HR and EDU segments;
— Preparing commercial proposals and closing clients for pilots;
— Developing partner sales (recruiting, consulting, IT services);
— Managing CRM, market analysis, identifying new growth points.
📌 What we expect
— 3+ years of B2B sales experience;
— Experience with cold sales via Email, LinkedIn, messengers;
— Presentation skills, ability to prepare commercial proposals and offers;
— Experience with HR Tech or EDU Tech is a plus;
— English language skills are a plus.
