📌 Responsibilities
— Actively search for and attract new clients to the agency;
— Develop current projects: identify growth points and expand cooperation;
— Independently manage the full sales cycle;
— Hold meetings, present the agency, services, and ideas, and confidently defend proposals to the client;
— Oversee commercial proposals, presentations, and other materials tailored to the client’s needs.
📌 What we expect
— You have 2+ years of experience in BizDev / Sales / New Business at agencies, or access to client decision-makers;
— You understand how B2B sales of services work;
— You know how to find new clients through different channels and do not rely only on inbound requests;
— You know how to develop current projects and increase the scope of cooperation;
— You can organize strong commercial proposals, take part in presenting them, and bring them to a successful outcome;
— You feel comfortable in negotiations, can hear the client, while still protecting the agency’s interests.
📌 We offer
— 5/2 schedule from 11:00 to 19:00, available to clients from 10:00;
— Hybrid format: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote.
