📋 What you will do
- Prospect and attract new clients to the agency
- Develop existing accounts and expand cooperation
- Manage the full sales cycle independently
- Run meetings and present the agency, services, and ideas
- Prepare and oversee proposals and presentation materials
✅ What we expect
- 2+ years of experience in BizDev / Sales / New Business in agencies
- Access to key decision-makers on the client side
- Understanding of B2B services sales
- Ability to source clients through multiple channels
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to protect agency interests
🎁 What we offer
- Salary: 150,000–200,000 ₽
- 5/2 schedule from 11:00 to 19:00, client-facing from 10:00
- Hybrid format: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
