📋 What you will do

  • Prospect and attract new clients to the agency
  • Develop existing accounts and expand cooperation
  • Manage the full sales cycle independently
  • Run meetings and present the agency, services, and ideas
  • Prepare and oversee proposals and presentation materials

What we expect

  • 2+ years of experience in BizDev / Sales / New Business in agencies
  • Access to key decision-makers on the client side
  • Understanding of B2B services sales
  • Ability to source clients through multiple channels
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to protect agency interests

🎁 What we offer

  • Salary: 150,000–200,000 ₽
  • 5/2 schedule from 11:00 to 19:00, client-facing from 10:00
  • Hybrid format: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
