📌 What you’ll be doing
— Working with the company’s HR brand, including ratings, reviews, and the employer’s external image;
— Participating in improving HR processes — onboarding, communications, internal feedback;
— Holding meetings with employees based on performance results, gathering feedback, and helping resolve work-related issues;
— Managing the full recruitment cycle: from collecting the request to the candidate’s start date;
— Sourcing and attracting candidates for different areas: design, development, back office, sales;
— Conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and supporting them through all selection stages;
— Direct interaction with hiring managers.
