📋 What you will do
- Conduct structured interviews with final-stage candidates
- Use competency-based interviews, behavioral interviews, and STAR / CBI methods
- Assess motivation, expectations, management style, conflict behavior, and maturity
- Identify risks, red flags, weak points, and potential post-hire issues
- Run short case studies or situational interviews when needed
- Prepare a written evaluation summary
