📋 What you will do

  • Assess organizational culture through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and KPI analysis
  • Design and implement culture strengthening plans aligned with the company strategy
  • Lead change management initiatives during growth, digital transformation, and company expansion
  • Develop programs that improve engagement, wellbeing, and employee belonging
  • Support the definition, communication, and rollout of organizational values
  • Advise leaders and teams on culture, leadership, and employee experience
  • Measure and report on climate, culture, and engagement metrics, proposing improvement actions
  • Coordinate projects that strengthen corporate identity across countries and regions
  • Work with HR, Internal Communications, and leadership to ensure cultural alignment

What we expect

  • Bachelor's degree of at least 8 semesters in Psychology, Business Engineering, Sociology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • Additional training in organizational development, organizational culture, change management, or leadership is preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in organizational culture consulting or management
  • Proven experience in technology, IT, or software companies
  • Experience in organizational growth, cultural transformation, and change management processes
