Creative Designer

📋 What you will do

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the brand
• Create graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layouts for web, social media, email campaigns, and print materials
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to turn requirements into visual solutions
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and refine assets using user insights and performance metrics
• Ensure high-quality output and conduct design quality assurance across channels
• Prepare and deliver assets in multiple formats using professional design software

🛠 Stack and skills

✅ What we expect

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Around 3 years of experience creating assets for digital marketing, social media, and web
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and design best practices
• Strong communication, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams
