Product Designer

📋 What you will do

• Own the design in your product area from problem definition to release
• Move fast and iterate often, shipping work to real users regularly
• Talk to financial advisors and incorporate their needs into the design
• Design and prototype in Figma and AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor
• Develop and improve the design system to raise consistency and quality
• Give and receive direct feedback and iterate toward the best solution
