📋 What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve performance standards
  • Manage lender relationships and drive strategic market growth
  • Develop and execute documented strategy plans for lender clients
  • Generate growth through the rollout of CRIF-integrated products and project management
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, objections, and underlying performance drivers
  • Provide consultative market expertise to lenders and their dealer networks
  • Deliver measurable business outcomes through strategic planning and sales leadership
