📋 What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of global alliance professionals
  • Define and execute portfolio strategies that drive growth and scale across partnerships
  • Expand partnerships through jointly developed business plans for recurring revenue growth
  • Engage C-suite executives to shape global strategies and align investment priorities
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand use cases to accelerate adoption
  • Develop and execute partner enablement and training strategies
  • Secure strategic investments and establish programs around joint intellectual property
  • Lead joint go-to-market campaigns, executive events, and thought leadership activities
  • Build and maintain trusted executive relationships across all levels of partner organizations
  • Manage joint business plans with clear governance and measurable success metrics

What we expect

  • 15+ years of experience building, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrated track record of leading RSI/GSI portfolios and delivering business growth
  • Deep understanding of alliance organizations and executive stakeholder management
  • Strong player-coach leadership skills for managing high-performing teams
  • Ability to drive alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partner teams
