📋 What you will do
- Identify and recruit new strategic GSI partners
- Activate and grow existing GSI partners through training, planning, and joint selling
- Coordinate the technical and marketing aspects of partnership launches
- Run regular business reviews with partners and track KPIs
- Work closely with Datadog's regional enterprise and commercial sales teams
- Generate partner-sourced net-new pipeline and revenue

✅ What we expect
- 10+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience
- Experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales
- Experience driving opportunities from lead generation to closure
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships
- Exposure to leading global and regional SIs
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and architectural scenarios
- Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time
- Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative
- Interest in a fast-paced, unpredictable growth environment
- Background in SaaS and/or consumption-based software platforms
- Experience identifying market opportunities and launching go-to-market plans
