📋 What you will do

  • Identify and recruit new strategic GSI partners
  • Activate and grow existing GSI partners through training, planning, and joint selling
  • Coordinate the technical and marketing aspects of partnership launches
  • Run regular business reviews with partners and track KPIs
  • Work closely with Datadog's regional enterprise and commercial sales teams
  • Generate partner-sourced net-new pipeline and revenue

What we expect

  • 10+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience
  • Experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales
  • Experience driving opportunities from lead generation to closure
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships
  • Exposure to leading global and regional SIs
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and architectural scenarios
  • Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative
  • Interest in a fast-paced, unpredictable growth environment
  • Background in SaaS and/or consumption-based software platforms
  • Experience identifying market opportunities and launching go-to-market plans
