📋 What you will do

  • Identify and recruit new strategic GSI partners to drive revenue growth
  • Enable existing GSI partners through training, planning, and joint selling activities
  • Coordinate the technical and marketing aspects of partnership launches
  • Run regular business reviews with partners and track key success metrics
  • Work closely with Datadog’s regional enterprise and commercial sales teams
  • Generate partner-sourced net-new pipeline and revenue

What we expect

  • 10+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience
  • Experience taking deals from lead generation to closure
  • Ability to negotiate agreements and build long-term partnerships
  • Exposure to leading global and regional SIs
  • Ability to quickly understand technical and architectural scenarios and explain them verbally and in writing
  • Willingness to travel 40–50% of the time
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative
  • Comfort with a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable growth environment
  • Background in SaaS and/or consumption-based software platforms
  • Experience identifying market opportunities and driving go-to-market plans
