📋 What you will do
- Identify and recruit new strategic GSI partners to drive revenue growth
- Enable existing GSI partners through training, planning, and joint selling activities
- Coordinate the technical and marketing aspects of partnership launches
- Run regular business reviews with partners and track key success metrics
- Work closely with Datadog’s regional enterprise and commercial sales teams
- Generate partner-sourced net-new pipeline and revenue

✅ What we expect
- 10+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience
- Experience taking deals from lead generation to closure
- Ability to negotiate agreements and build long-term partnerships
- Exposure to leading global and regional SIs
- Ability to quickly understand technical and architectural scenarios and explain them verbally and in writing
- Willingness to travel 40–50% of the time
- Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative
- Comfort with a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable growth environment
- Background in SaaS and/or consumption-based software platforms
- Experience identifying market opportunities and driving go-to-market plans
