📋 What you will do
- Recruit and develop new partners for long-term success
- Manage relationships with key strategic partners
- Close deals and own a channel sales quota
- Drive co-selling with regional, mid market, and commercial sales teams
- Launch joint GTM campaigns, webinars, and blueprints with partners
- Enable partners to pitch and demo the SaaS solution
- Run Quarterly Business Reviews with top-tier partners

✅ What we expect
- 5+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales experience
- Proven experience driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships
- Ability to quickly understand technical and architectural scenarios and explain them verbally and in writing
- Based in Singapore and willing to travel 25-50%
- Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative
- Passion for a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable growth environment
- Experience identifying market opportunities and launching go-to-market plans
- Bonus points for experience in systems management, monitoring, or security
- Bonus points for experience with partnerships supporting DevOps in a cloud environment
- Technical background or education is a plus
