📋 What you will do

  • Recruit and develop new partners for long-term success
  • Manage relationships with key strategic partners
  • Close deals and own a channel sales quota
  • Drive co-selling with regional, mid market, and commercial sales teams
  • Launch joint GTM campaigns, webinars, and blueprints with partners
  • Enable partners to pitch and demo the SaaS solution
  • Run Quarterly Business Reviews with top-tier partners

What we expect

  • 5+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales experience
  • Proven experience driving sales opportunities from lead generation to closure
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnerships
  • Ability to quickly understand technical and architectural scenarios and explain them verbally and in writing
  • Based in Singapore and willing to travel 25-50%
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative
  • Passion for a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable growth environment
  • Experience identifying market opportunities and launching go-to-market plans
  • Bonus points for experience in systems management, monitoring, or security
  • Bonus points for experience with partnerships supporting DevOps in a cloud environment
  • Technical background or education is a plus
