📋 What you will do
- Drive supply growth for Airbnb Luxe by acquiring new hosts and listings
- Prospect high-quality homes through research, networking, and partnerships
- Manage the lead funnel from qualification to onboarding handoff
- Lead end-to-end market launches and monitor post-launch performance
- Manage a portfolio of Luxe hosts as a primary point of contact and advisor
- Conduct regular business reviews and data-driven optimization calls
- Act as a liaison between hosts and internal Guest Services and Quality teams
