📋 What you will do

• Lead net-new host and listing acquisition in assigned markets
• Prospect high-quality homes through research, networking, and partnerships
• Qualify leads and deliver vetted hosts to the onboarding team
• Articulate Airbnb Luxe value proposition across all communication channels
• Own new market launches end-to-end
• Conduct regular business reviews and optimization calls with hosts
• Act as the primary liaison between hosts and internal teams
